Decreto 1572 de 1994 · Por el cual se fijan los derechos por concepto del ejercicio de la función notarial y se dictan otras disposiciones

º. De las copias. Las copias que según la ley debe expedir el notario, de los instrumentos y demás documentos que reposen en los archivos, causarán los siguientes derechos

Las de las actas, inscripciones y folios del registro del estado civil cien pesos ($ 100) por cada una;

Las de los instrumentos que forman el protocolo y las demás que señale la ley, cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($ 450) por cada hoja. Este precio incluye el cobro de la fotocopia cuando se expidan por este sistema.
