El personal del Depósito de Jefes y Oficiales del ejército, será el siguiente, de conformidad con el artículo 3º del decreto número 900, de 29 de Diciembre de 1890, que lo creó: Dos Generales; Tres Coroneles; Tres Tenientes Coroneles; Dos Sargentos Mayores; Cuatro Capitanes; Dos Tenientes, y Cuatro Subtenientes.

Parágrafo

Dicho Depósito lo constituirán individuos militares que no reciban pensión del Tesoro Público, y que se hallen incapacitados físicamente, a consecuencia de enfermedades contraídas en el servicio, para procurarse por otros medios la subsistencia. Los individuos en él inscritos disfrutarán únicamente del medio sueldo que corresponde a su empleo militar efectivo.
