º . El Artículo 1 del Decreto 1814 de 2000 quedará así: "Artículo 1º . Autorízase al Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras para realizar aportes de capital en sociedades anónimas de naturaleza pública, cuyo objeto principal sea la adquisición, la administración y la enajenación de activos improductivos propiedad del mismo o de establecimientos de crédito de naturaleza pública".
