Las familias de las víctimas de los movimientos subversivos ocurridos en la región de Puerto Wilches en el mes de julio del presente año, y que perecieron al servicio de empresas oficiales, quedan incluidas entre los beneficiarios de la presente Ley, cualesquiera que fueran los sueldos que estuvieran devengando.
