Los Juzgados del Cuerpo Auxiliar del Órgano Judicial dependerán, desde la sanción de la presente Ley, del Departamento de Justicia del Ministerio de Gobierno como antes de la vigencia del Decreto-ley número 505 de 1940.

En consecuencia el Gobierno podrá reorganizar tanto el Departamento de Justicia como el de investigación de identificación de la Policía Nacional sin exceder las apropiaciones actuales de esa dependencia.
