Decreto 90 de 2000 · por el cual se reglamenta los artículos 7°, 8°, 9°, 10 y 23 de la Ley 550 de 1999.

Cesación de funciones. Las funciones del promotor cesarán además de los casos previstos en la Ley 550 de 1999, en los siguientes eventos

1.

Como consecuencia de la renuncia por justa causa, debidamente sustentada ante el nominador y aceptada por este, una vez la persona designada como reemplazo acepte el cargo.

2.

En caso de remoción.

En caso de muerte.

4.

Cuando no otorgue la garantía a que alude el artículo 10 de la Ley 550 de 1999 dentro del término fijado en el presente decreto.
