°. Vigencia . El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, adiciona el título 11 a la parte 1 del libro 2 del Decreto 1077 de 2015 y deroga expresamente el Decreto 145 de 2000, modificado por el artículo 8 del Decreto 3760 de 2008 y las demás disposiciones que sean contrarias.
