Cuando no sea procedente la inscripción o la actualización en el escalafón de la carrera, la respectiva Comisión del Servicio Civil la negará mediante resolución motivada, la cual deberá notificarse personalmente al interesado o, en su defecto, por edicto y contra ella podrán interponerse los recursos de ley. Todas estas actuaciones deberán surtirse en los términos y condiciones establecidos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
