La Nación se asocia a la conmemoración de los 450 años de la fundación de la ciudad de Riohacha, cuna del Almirante José Prudencio Padilla que se cumplirá el cinco (5) de agosto de 1986, honra y exalta la trascendencia histórica del papel desempeñado por esta ilustre ciudad en la vida nacional y en su desarrollo económico y social.
