° Los oficiales de la Casa Militar de la Presidencia de la República, en caso de comisiones dentro del país, tendrán derecho a una asignación diaria de trescientos cincuenta pesos, por concepto de viáticos. Los suboficiales, agentes de policía y soldados devengarán la cantidad de doscientos, cien y cincuenta pesos, respectivamente y por igual concepto.
