°. Equipos terminales. Los equipos terminales necesarios para la utilización del servicio de Telefonía Móvil Celular, podrán ser elegidos libremente por los usuarios, quienes están obligados a usar equipos homologados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones en la utilización del servicio de TMC. Ningún operador de TMC puede solicitar o exigir a sus usuarios la adquisición o utilización de equipos terminales suministrados por el operador o por un tercero. Los equipos terminales que venda el operador deberán estar homologados. CAPITULO IV El contrato de servicios
