Decreto 1184 de 1995 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones de la Ley 141 de 1994.

º Para los contratos suscritos entre la Nación y Cerromatoso S.A., y entre Carbocol e Intercor se aplicará lo estipulado en los

Parágrafo

s 2º y 3º del artículo 16 de la Ley 141 de 1994, respectivamente. Respecto a la liquidación, recaudo y transferencia de regalías se continuará aplicando lo estipulado en sus respectivas cláusulas contractuales. Copia del acta de liquidación de regalías y compensaciones deberá ser remitida dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la Alcaldía del municipio productor.
