Adiciónese el artículo 2º del Decreto 096 de 2008 con el siguiente inciso: Igualmente, durante el período de sesiones extraordinarias citado, el honorable Congreso de la República se ocupará de dar trámite legislativo al Proyecto ley número 213 de Cámara,"por medio de la cual se definen y reglamentan las plantaciones forestales comerciales y sistemas agroforestales".
