El producido de los gravámenes e impuestos creados por el artículo segundo. y cuarto.de esta Ley se invertirán en los Departamentos del Valle del Cauca y Tolima, exclusivamente en la preparación, construcción de obras y realizaciones de los VI Juegos Panamericanos y IX Juegos Nacionales, respectivamente. Satisfechas tales necesidades, se aplicarán a todo cuando hace referencia el artículo segundo. de esta Ley.
