°. Requerimiento de Información. De conformidad con el artículo 8° de la Ley 828 de 2003, las Administradoras de los subsistemas de la Protección Social podrán en cualquier tiempo solicitar la documentación que requieran para verificar la veracidad del IBC y su correspondencia con los aportes efectuados o la acreditación de la calidad de beneficiarios, con el fin de constatar que la información suministrada por el trabajador independiente coincide con la realidad, para lo cual deberá solicitar las pruebas pertinentes o las aclaraciones necesarias que justifiquen variaciones en el IBC declarado.
