Artículo quinto. Ningún representante, vendedor o agente viajero puede entrar a ejercer su profesión sin haber llenado los requisitos legales y obtenido la correspondiente licencia, que será expedida por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, Departamento de Comercio e Industrias.
