Cuantía de las multas . Las multas a que se refiere el numeral 1º del Artículo anterior se aplicarán por los funcionarios competentes en Ias siguientes cuantías

Superintendente de Industria y Comercio Primer Delegado hasta por dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.00).

Los Alcaldes de ciudades capitales de Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaria o respectivamente quienes hagan sus veces hasta setecientos milpesos ($ 700.000.00).

Los Alcaldes Municipales de ciudades que no sean capital de Departamento, Intendencias o Comisarías o respectivamente quienes hagan las veces y los Alcaldes Menores del Distrito Especial de Bogotá hasta doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00).

Los Inspectores de Policía hasta cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00).
