º El Fondo Rotatorio de las Escuelas Vocacionales o de Trabajo Agrícola, estará destinado al sostenimiento, ensanche y creación de esta clase de escuelas, y además, al pago de cuentas por gastos verificados en estos mismos establecimientos; será manejado por el Contador-Habilitado de Escuelas Vocacionales en cuenta especial y no podrá ser afectado sino mediante Resolución ministerial.
