Ley 2303 de 2023 · por la cual se declaran de interés social nacional y como prioridad sanitaria la prevención, la mitigación, erradicación, contención y renovación de la marchitez por Fusarium R4T del plátano y banano (musáceas), de la enfermedad conocida como Huanglongbing (HLB) de los cítricos, de la pudrición del cogollo y la marchitez letal en la palma de aceite en todo el territorio colombiano y se dictan otras disposiciones.
