Art. 12. El manifiesto será una copia fiel de la factura, i a sus tres ejemplares se dará el siguiente destino, despues de copiar en ellos la correspondiente liquidación: uno se entregará al introductor, de acuerdo con el artículo 120 del Código; otro se remitirá a la Sacretaría de Hacienda por el inmediato correo i el otro se conservará en la Aduana.
