Articulo quinto . Dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes, a la fecha en que el Superintendente haya tomado posesión de la entidad, hará un inventario detallado de los bienes y obligaciones del mismo una copia del inventario se a archivara y otra se protocolizará, en forma inmediata, en una, notaría del lugar donde esté situado su domicilio principal.
