Las resoluciones que dicten los Administradores de Hacienda Nacional serán apelables para ante la Jefatura de Rentas, dentro de los tres días siguientes a su notificación, pero el recurso no podrá concederse sin que se presente el comprobante de estar pagado ya el impuesto sobre el cual se reclama.
