° En inciso del artículo 8° del Decreto 0328 de 1958, quedará así.: "Cuando en los procesos penales que Vayan a suspenderse conforme a este Decreto, hubiere personas detenidas o cumpliendo condena, el Gobierno condicionará la solicitud de suspensión al concepto favorable de los Tribunales de Gracia. Según la jurisdicción que conozca o haya conocido de los procesos en cuestión".
