Cédese a título gratuito al Comité de la Liga Antituberculosa Colombiana, Seccional del Atlántico, con destino a la construcción de establecimientos para la Campaña Antituberculosa Infantil, el inmueble que la Nación posee en la ciudad de Barranquilla, y que adquirió por medio de la escritura pública número 1193 de 13 de mayo de 1952, corrida en la Notaría Segunda del Circuito de la misma ciudad, registrada el 20 de mayo del mismo año bajo el número 9, página 288, Tomo I del Libro de Registro, y matriculada con el número 29861, libro duplicado.
