° De los servicios de atención de urgencias. El servicio de atención de urgencias comprende la organización de recursos humanos, materiales, tecnológicos y financieros de un proceso de cuidados de salud indispensables e inmediatos a personas que presentan una urgencia, desde el momento y lugar de ocurrencia, durante el traslado y su permanencia en las entidades del Sector Salud autorizadas para prestar estos servicios.
