Decreto 1721 de 2002 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 719 de 2001, que modificó las Leyes 23 de 1982 y 44 de 1993.

º . Registro en la Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor . Una vez recibida la solicitud por parte de la Dirección, ésta efectuará un estudio a fin de verificar

Que la documentación requerida en el artículo anterior hubiese sido aportada;

Que el régimen tarifario que se pretende registrar observe los criterios establecidos en el artículo 1º de la Ley 719 de 2001;

Que el régimen tarifario que se pretende registrar establezca de manera determinada o determinable el monto de las tarifas a pagar. Dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes al recibo de la solicitud, la Dirección mediante resolución motivada declarará la procedencia o no de efectuar el registro.
