ARTICULO 125 . DEL LIQUIDADOR.- El Presidente de la República designará al liquidador del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales el cual deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas legalmente para el director del Fondo, tendrá su remuneración y estará sujeto a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste. El liquidador ejercerá las funciones prescritas para el director de la entidad, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la supresión.
