Uso diferente al autorizado . Cuando el Departamento de Control Comercio de Armas, Municiones y Explosivos del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares establezca que se dio uso diferente al autorizado a las sustancias objeto de este Decreto, ya sea por el Usuario o por un tercero, habrá lugar a la pérdida de la calidad de Usuario, además de las sanciones que las normas establezcan en materia de explosivos.
