Articulo 171 . De la obligación de denunciar posibles delitos . Si los hechos materia del procedimiento sancionatorio fueren constitutivos de delito, se ordenará ponerlos en conocimiento de la autoridad competente, acompañándole copia de los documentos que corresponda.
