Artículo primero. El fondo especial de la revista "Colombia Campesina", creado por el Decreto legislativo número 2147, de fecha 3 de agosto de 1955, quedará integrado por todos los ingresos que provengan de la propaganda remunerada de entidades vinculadas con las labores agropecuarias que publique la revista.
