Ejecución de las sentencias . Corresponderá al Consejo de Estado la ajecución de las sentencias que ordenen la práctica de un nuevo escrutinio, cuando hubieren sido dictadas en proceso de que conoce esta entidad en única instancia. En los demás casos la ejecución corresponderá al tribunal que hubiere dictado el fallo de primera instancia. Estas reglas se aplicarán igualmente cuando se trate de la rectificación total o parcial de un escrutinio.
