La expresada partida se incluirá en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia, y en caso de que no se incluyere, el Gobierno podrá efectuar los traslados correspondientes, abrir créditos y llevar a término todas las operaciones financieras necesarias para dar cumplida ejecución a esta Ley.
