Art. 32. Todo ataque contra el respeto debido a las leyes y a los derechos consagrados por ellos, toda apología de hechos definidos por la ley penal como delitos, será castigado con prisión por uno a seis meses, y con cincuenta a seiscientos pesos de multa.

No se comprenderá en lo dispuesto por este artículo la censura legítima de las leyes, y la demostración de su inconveniencia, mientras que no se desconozca su fuerza obligatoria ni se promueva su desobediencia.
