ARTICULO 5o. Integración de la Junta Directiva. - La Junta Directiva del Instituto estará integrada de la siguiente manera

El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien la presidirá;

El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado;

Dos representantes del Presidente de la República;

Un representante de la Asociación Nacional de Usuarios Campesinos. Los representantes del Presidente de la República y de los campesinos serán designados para períodos de un año.
