A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, el Director del Fondo de Garantías de Entidades Cooperativas, Fogacoop, tendrá una asignación básica mensual de cinco millones trescientos mil pesos ($5.300.000.00) moneda corriente. El Director del Fondo de Garantías de Entidades Cooperativas, Fogacoop, tendrá derecho a las prestaciones y factores salariales de los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público del Orden Nacional.
