º Créanse diez y hueve Juzgados de Distrito Penal Aduanero que tendrán sede en el mismo lugar en donde la tienen los Jueces Superiores de Aduanas y la misma competencia territorial de éstos. Habrá dos Juzgados de Distrito Penal Aduanero en cada una de las siguientes ciudades: Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Buenaventura, Cali, Cúcuta, Medellín y Santa Marta y un Juzgado de Distrito Penal Aduanero, en cada una de las ciudades de Bucaramanga, Riohacha e Ipiales.
