El Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, Coldeportes, y las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes tomarán las medidas conducentes a que en sus respectivos presupuestos anuales se hagan las apropiaciones requeridas para la realización de los Juegos Deportivos Nacionales, con base en los cálculos de la inversión total que ello demande.
