Llegados el día y la hora para el sorteo, se debe proceder de la siguiente manera: el Juez pone de presente a las partes la lista de Oficiales y Suboficiales que componen el personal de la unidad operativa, y las fichas correspondientes debidamente numeradas. De esta lista excluye el personal de grado y antigüedad inferior al acusado. En seguida ordena que el Secretario deposite en una urna las fichas, y de esta debe sacar tres, una por una, cuyo número debe ser leído en alta voz y anotado por el Secretario.
