Adiciónase el artículo 3º del Decreto 1268 del 13 de julio de 1999, en el sentido que el grado de referencia 28 de la asignación básica además de considerar el Administrador Delegado, Jefe de División Nivel Central, Jefe de División Regional o Especial, incluye los Jefes de División de la Administración Local sede Regional y Administración Local 1.
