Pensiones . Las pensiones que venían reconociendo los ministerios fusionados, pasarán a cargo del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. Para tal efecto, los ministerios fusionados deberán entregar al nuevo ministerio los documentos, archivos magnéticos, equipos y demás información laboral necesaria para la elaboración de la nómina de pensionados.
