Queda facultado el Gobierno para suprimir las asignaciones eventuales de que disfrutan los empleados de las salinas terrestres, y aumentar con la cuantía aproximada de aquellas, las asignaciones fijas de los mismos. La facultad que otorga este artículo no incluye el caso de la eventualidad señalada a los Recaudadores de la renta de timbre.
