Ordénese al Gobierno Nacional que, a través del Ministerio de Cultura y durante el año 2013, efectúe una amplia y completa divulgación de la obra literaria del poeta y escritor Eduardo Carranza, que incluya la realización de una exposición biográfica y bibliográfica en la Biblioteca Nacional, institución de la que fuera Director durante los años 1948 a 1951.
