Articulo 1º. El

Parágrafo

del Articulo 95 del Decreto Número 1663 de 1979, quedara así:

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de una empresa de vigilancia, legalmente autorizada, el miembro de la misma que porte el arma amparada, deberá poseer, además del salvoconducto respectivo expedido a la empresa, la credencial laminada, otorgada por ésta, en que se acredite como mínimo lo siguiente: Razón social, nombre del vigilante o celador, cédula de ciudadanía, fecha de expedición, fecha de caducidad, firma, postfirma y sello del representante legal de la empresa. Los carnés que expidan las entidades de vigilancia a sus celadores o vigilantes tendrán una vigencia máxima de un año.
