Solicitud de los Concejos Municipales. Los Concejos Municipales que pretendan establecer el peaje turístico, deberán elevar una solicitud en dicho sentido al Secretario del Comité de Peajes Turísticos en la que demuestren el cumplimiento de los requisitos señalados en la Ley 300 de 1996.
