La queja deberá formularse ante el respectivo Consejo Profesional Seccional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, correspondiente a la jurisdicción territorial del lugar en que se cometió el último acto consecutivo de la falta o en defecto de éste al Consejo Seccional geográficamente más cercano.
