Los gastos por concepto del servicio de la deuda pública tanto interna como externa tiene por objeto atender el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales correspondientes al pago de capital, los intereses, las comisiones y los imprevistos originados en operaciones de crédito público y realizadas conforme a la ley.
