La Junta Organizadora del tercer Congreso Médico Nacional invertirá la expresada cantidad en propender, por todos los medios posibles, a efecto de que el expresado Congreso celebre sus sesiones en el mes de noviembre de mil novecientos diez y siete, y a publicar los trabajos científicos de la mencionada Corporación.
