La solicitud de aporte de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, contendrá los linderos y área de la zona y el nombre de los Municipios y de los Departamentos, Intendencias o comisarias donde se encuentre ubicada. A la solicitud se acompañará el correspondiente plano topográfico.
