Ley 8 de 1960 · por lo cual se conservan y estabilizan los Circuitos Judicial, Notaria, de Registro y Laboral de Duitama, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

o Los Circuitos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, tendrán como cabecera la ciudad de Duitama, y estarán servidos por un Juez en lo Civil, uno en lo Penal y otro en lo laboral, con las asignaciones y personal que correspondan de esta naturaleza.

Parágrafo

En la ciudad de Duitama, como cabecera de tales Circuitos, funcionarán, en consecuencia, una Oficina de Registro y dos Notarias, que se denominarán Primera y Segunda, y que en lo relativo a nombramiento, atribuciones y forma de pago de su personal, se regirán por las disposiciones vigentes al respecto.
