A menos que se estipule otra cosa, el corredor tendrá derecho a que se le abonen las expensas que haya hecho por causa de la gestión encomendada o aceptada, aunque el negocio no se haya celebrado. Cada parte abonará las expensas que le correspondan de conformidad con el artículo anterior. Este artículo no se aplicará a los corredores de seguros.
